Paso Robles

Paso Robles is known for its growing wine industry.  Paso, as the locals call it is surrounded by vineyards and wineries.  It has been called the next Napa Valley and some would argue that it is already at par.  In addition it has a quaint and charming Downtown square where you can dine at some incredible restaurants, taste wine, catch a movie, enjoy some ice cream or just relax at the park.  It also has many underground water springs which you can take advantage of at the local spas.

Things to do include Hunter Ranch Golf course which is a 4 1/2 star golf course.  Downtown Shopping is a must with cute boutiques and great antique shops.  On a warm day, check out Ravine Water Park for kids of all ages and Lake Naciemiento.

Paso Robles has a population of close to 30,000.  It is still considered a great value as far as Real Estate goes, with development slowing down it is condsidered a good time to buy.

Some of the major events include:  The California Mid State Fair, Paso Robles Wine Festival, Hospice du Rhone, Pioneer Day, Kruse International, Olive Festival and Vine Street Victorian Showcase.
